Rector
Phillip received a Master of Divinity from the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas in 2018 and was called to serve as the Rector of All Saints’ in November 2019. Before attending seminary, Phillip was a counselor at a community mental health center serving children and adolescents who have special needs. Phillip has served several parishes in the Diocese of Mississippi as Priest-in-Charge and Youth Minister, was involved in the prison ministry at the Mississippi State Penitentiary and has been active in ministry at Camp Bratton-Green. Phillip and his wife Amanda have two children, Connor and Mackenzie.
